Ingredients:
180ml Whole milk
1 tsp Sugar
1 Egg
 
Method:
1) Pouring 180ml milk into a milk pan, Add 1 tsp sugar until dissolved.
2) Beat the egg until it turn foamy, combine to (1) stir well and quick sieve.
3) Cover with (oven safe) aluminium foil, pour boiling water from
the kettle into a pan fitted and low temperature steam for 25 minutes.
Serve hot and Enjoy!
