ingredients for béchamel sauce:

butter 70g
All-purpose flour 4 tbsp
milk 800ml
salt 1 tsp
nutmeg 1/2 tsp

for layers you need:

Chopped tomatoes 1 can (400g)
olive oil 3 tsp
No-boil lasagna noodles 600g (approximately)
fresh mozzarella 700g
Fresh herbs parsley or basil leaves
parmigiano reggiano
