Potatoes — 4
Water — 3 liter
Salt — 2 tsp

Maida / Plain Flour / Atta — ½ cup
Corn Flour — ¼ cup
Rice Flour — ¼ cup
Red chilli flakes — 1 tsp
Chopped Coriander Stem — 1 tsp
Salt — to taste
Oregano / Mixed Herbs — 1 tsp
Garlic powder — 1 tsp
Melted butter 2 tbsp
Water — as required for a batter
Oil — to deep fry
